Refund & Billing Policy

1. Digital Service Policy

TradeFren is a digital subscription-based software product. Access is delivered immediately upon successful payment. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically. Users may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

3. No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee profits, trading results, or account performance. Market losses or underperformance are not eligible for refunds.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure preventing access after payment
• Billing error caused by system malfunction

5. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact support before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of service access and dispute evidence submission to payment processors.
